1. Membership
Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Fedora reserves the right to accept, defer, or decline any application for any lawful reason. Founder and Member tiers are governed by the pricing published on the Apply page at time of submission. Founder tier is limited to 100 members; Member tier is limited to 200 total.
2. Conduct
Members are expected to treat staff, fellow members, and guests with respect. Intoxication, harassment, violence, theft, drug possession, or photography without consent are grounds for immediate suspension or termination with no refund.
3. Guests
Members may bring guests subject to the guest policy published on the Membership page. Guests must remain with the inviting member at all times. The member is responsible for their guest's conduct.
4. Billing
Initiation fees are non-refundable. Monthly or annual dues are charged on the day-of-month of initial subscription. You may cancel recurring billing at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
5. Age
You must be at least 21 years old to apply or to be admitted. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the door.
6. Private events
Buyouts require advance notice, a signed event agreement, and a deposit to confirm. Specific terms are negotiated per event.
7. Liability
Fedora is not liable for lost or stolen personal property. Use of the premises is at your own risk. You release Fedora, its officers, and staff from claims arising from voluntary use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by Texas law.
8. Compliance
Fedora operates under Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations. Members agree to comply with all posted house rules and applicable law.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active members. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
